Notwithstanding the architecture and design, the Sea Salt villas are the beginning of a memorable vacation on the Adriatic Island of Pag offering a deep and fulfilling experience – from the sea, sun and beach, through local culture, food and wine to biking, running and boat island hopping – but above all, relaxation.
The five unique villas resort is located in Povljana – a small tourist village on the south-west coast of the Island of Pag in a relaxing natural landscape on a hill above the village and its peaceful bay, only 160m from the sea and a sandy beach. The first phase with two villas is in construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
Povljana and the Island of Pag are connected to the mainland with the bridge. Easy to reach, only 35 minutes from Zadar and the highway and 55 minutes from Zadar airport, Povljana has a perfect position for a relaxing holiday in your new holiday villa.
Pag is well-known for its unique rocky landscape rich with Mediterranean herbs and endless sandy beaches. It is famous for its sheep cheese and lamb. Perfect setting for indulging all your senses in a one-storey villa with a spacious living room with fireplace, four ensuite 25sqm bedrooms with king-size beds, 40sqm lounge/party room and a large terrace with heated 40sqm infinity pool overlooking the bay and the mountains.
Villas are built on land plots from 800sqm to 1400sqm with covered parking plots, charger for electric car and a garden planted with Mediterranean plants – lavender, rosemary, immortelle, etc.
Villas are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with a walk-in shower and floor heating and air-conditioning in all rooms. There is an outdoor lounge and dining terrace with a barbecue. Villas also have photovoltaic plant providing additional energy for the property. Interior design, 240cm high invisible door, aluminium windows, facade insulation, 1st class Italian tiles and construction materials ensure highest quality living and easy maintenance.
